A rebuilt mileage app had a persistent reliability problem. I helped move the team away from repeated hotfixes and toward fixing the tracking system itself, including core tracking capability, platform-specific reliability, observability and driver controls.

Reporting limitations were becoming increasingly important in enterprise conversations. I evaluated analytics platforms, selected the strongest fit, partnered with Data on trusted terminology and semantics, and helped bring the capability to existing customers sooner.

I've spent more than ten years building and delivering digital products, with the last five-plus specifically in Product Management and product leadership.
My career has moved through digital delivery, healthcare technology and enterprise SaaS, but the work I enjoy most has stayed surprisingly consistent: complicated products, real customer workflows and decisions where there isn't an obvious answer.
Today I work across platform strategy, data, integrations, AI-enabled products and 0→1 development. I'm based in the Kitchener–Waterloo region and Toronto, and hold certifications as a Certified Product Owner, Certified Product Manager and Certified AI Product Manager.
